Typographical Errors

Order Processing

ECigDirectUSA.com makes no guarantees as to the availability of the products listed for sale on this site. If you order any merchandise that is out of stock you will be notified and the order will not be processed until all items become available or we may ship the merchandise that is available. If all merchandise is available, regular orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time the order is originally placed. Expedited shipping orders will be processed and shipped the same day proving they are placed before 3:00pm EST. All expedited shipping orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following day.

Return Handling

You can return any product you purchase from us within 30 days of your order for a full refund. All returns must be approved by us and an RMA number issued before the return is shipped back to us. The RMA issued is valid for 15 days. If the return is not received by us within 15 days the return will not be accepted. All returns must be sent back with a service that includes a delivery or signature confirmation. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping materials in good condition. No credit and/or refund will be issued for used merchandise, other than the original starter kit and 2 filters. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued for returned merchandise. If your order shipped for free, a shipping charge of $5.99 will be assessed to your refund. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Processing time is up to 7 business days from the day the return is accepted. Failure to meet any of these requirements might result in a refusal to accept the return.
